President of Republic Congratulates Philippine Counterpart

On 12 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, the President of the Republic of the Philippines, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country.

The message reads as follows:

“Excellency,

The celebration of the National Day of the Republic of the Philippines allows me to express to Your Excellency our warm congratulations, wishing the friendly Filipino people more progress and prosperity.

I want to renew our determination to continue efforts to strengthen and develop cooperative relations between our two countries in the mutual interest of our two friendly people.
