President of Republic Welcomes Bissau-Guinean Counterpart at Nouakchott Airport

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, welcomed, Monday afternoon, at Nouakchott Oumtounsy international airport, the President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, His Excellency Mr. Umaro Sissoco Embaló, in technical stopover.

The Bissau-Guinean president was also welcomed by the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Ould Bilal, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, and the Minister Advisor at the Presidency of the Republic, as well as members of the government, the director of the Cabinet of the President of the Republic, the Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, the Wali of West Nouakchott, the President of the Nouakchott Region, and the Charge d’Affaires at the Embassy of Guinea Bissau in Nouakchott .

Mr. Umaro Sissoco Embaló is accompanied by a delegation including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Communities of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Mr. Suzi Carla Barbosa, the Minister of Defense and Homeland Freedom Fighters, Sandji Fati, the National Security Advisor to the President of the Republic, Mr. José Antonio Marques, and Ambassador Luis Camara de Barros, Director General of State Protocol.
