The President of the Republic Congratulates the President of Democratic Popular Republic of Korea

The President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh Ghazouani, has addressd a message of congratulations to his Exellency Mr. Kim Jong-Un, President of Democratic Popular Republic of Korea, as following :
