President of Republic Meets With National Dialogue Coordinator, Leaders of Participating Political Parties

On July 24 at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, received the coordinator in charge of the national dialogue, as well as the leaders of the political parties taking part in it.

During the meeting, the President of the Republic was presented with the national dialogue document, which includes the summaries of the consultations and the outcomes of the preparatory phase. This marks the launch of a new stage in the process, aimed at strengthening national consensus and consolidating the consultative approach on major national issues.

The audience was attended by Mr. Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, and Mr. Nani Ould Chrougha, Minister in charge of the President of the Republic’s Cabinet.
