Human Rights Commissioner Holds Talks with OHCHR Representative

The Commissioner for Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, and relations with Civil Society, Mr. Mohamed El Hacen Ould Boukhreiss, held talks on Friday with the representative of the office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in our country, Mr. Laurent Meillane.

The discussions focused on the cooperative relations between Mauritania and this international human rights institution and the means to further strengthen them, particularly in the field of the commission’s intervention.
