Minister of Agriculture Receives UNDP Resident Representative

On 15 November, in Nouakchott, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Yahya Ould Ahmed El Waghf, received Mr. Mensour N’Diay, the resident representative of the UN Development Program (UNDP) to Mauritania.
During the meeting, the Minister presented the Department’s strategy, which favors agricultural diversification and mechanization.
The two parties agreed on establishing a focal point to present the areas that will be privileged by the cooperation between our country and UNDP and subsequently for approval before the end of the current year.
