President of Republic Congratulates Cape Verde President

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent today, Sunday, the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. José Maria Neves, President of the Republic of Cabo Verde, on the occasion of the celebration of his country’s national holiday:
