Minister of Livestock Meets With Chinese Ambassador

On 14 July, in Nouakchott, the Minister of Livestock, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, received HE Mr. Li Bijun, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Mauritania, in the presence of Ms. Adama Dian Barry, the acting representative of the UN Development Program (UNDP), and Mr. Alexander Hoyen, the representative of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Program.

The meeting focused on various areas of cooperation between Mauritania and the People’s Republic of China on the one hand and between Mauritania and UN programs on the other.

The talks also addressed ways to initiate livestock-based development projects in our country.
