President of Republic Congratulates Philippine Counterpart

On 11 June, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Rodrigo Duterte, the President of the Republic of the Philippines on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country.
