Mauritania’s Ambassador to Mauritius Presents Credentials

On 11 April, Mr. Jar Nalla presented his credentials, in Port Louis, to the President of the Republic of Mauritius, His Excellency Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun, in his capacity as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Republic of Mauritius with residence in Pretoria.

During the ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, to his brother, President Prithvirajsing Roopun, and his wishes for good health and happiness for him, personally, and prosperity for the people of Mauritius.

In turn, the Mauritian President requested the Ambassador to convey his greetings to the President of the Republic, hailing the solidity of relations between his country and Mauritania. He reaffirmed his desire to consolidate the cooperative ties between the two countries.
