Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets With State Secretary in Hungarian Prime Minister’s Office

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, received in audience, on Tuesday, Mr. Tristan Azbej, the State Secretary in the Prime Minister’s office in Hungary.

The talks addressed bilateral cooperation relations between Mauritania and Hungary and ways and means to strengthen them.

At the end of the meeting, the Hungarian official stressed that Mauritania is an important partner for his country, welcoming its methodology in the fight against terrorism and extremism in the Sahel. He reiterated his country’s desire to develop its cooperation with Mauritania, particularly in Education and Vocational Training.
