Senior Deputy US Security Advisor Visits G5 Sahel Executive Secretariat

The principal deputy to the American security adviser, Mr. Jonathan Finer, met on Wednesday in Nouakchott with the executive secretary of the G5 Sahel group, Mr. Eric Yemdaogo Tiare, in the presence of some of his collaborators.
The meeting deliberations focused on strengthening stability and prosperity in the Sahel region.
After the meeting, the US delegation visited the G5-Sahel Defence College where it was greeted by its director, Major General Brahim Vall Ould Cheibani.
At the end of the visit, the American delegation spoke with the director of the college, and gave him electronic devices, in contribution of the United States of America to the project of the electronic library of the establishment.
