President of Republic Congratulates Burundian Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent this Tuesday the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Évariste Ndayishimiye, President of the Republic of Burundi, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebration.

The message reads as follows:

“Mr. President and Dear Brother,

The celebration of your country’s National Day affords me the pleasant opportunity to extend to you my warmest congratulations and to express my best wishes for the progress and prosperity of the brotherly Burundian people.

I avail myself of this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to working with Your Excellency to further develop and strengthen the relations of friendship and cooperation that unite our two countries.
