HE Mr. Mohamed Ould Mek’halla presented to His Excellency Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbassogo, President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, the credentials accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
On this occasion, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, to his brother, His Excellency the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
In turn, the President of Equatorial Guinea instructed the Ambassador to convey his greetings and wishes for good health to his brother His Excellency the President of the Republic and for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly Mauritanian people.
The meeting, which was attended by the Equatorial Guinean Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, made it possible to discuss bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways and means to strengthen and develop them.
Earlier, Mr. Mohamed Ould Mek’halla had handed over figurative copies of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Mr. Simeón Oyono Esono Angue.
