On 27 November, Mr. El Houssein Ould Medou, Minister of Culture, Arts, Communication, and Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesperson, returned to Nouakchott from the Arab Republic of Egypt, after participating in the 55th session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, held in Cairo.
