President of the Nouakchott Regional Council Returns to Nouakchott from Rwanda

Ms. Fatimetou Mint Abdel Malick returned to Nouakchott on Saturday from Kigali, capital of Rwanda where she attended the 41st Congress of the International Association of Francophone Mayors, which took place from July 18 to 22, 2021.
