President of the Republic speaks by Telephone with the Emir of Qatar

Following Israel’s attack on the sister state of Qatar, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, spoke by telephone on Tuesday with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim Ben Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar.

During this conversation, His Excellency the President of the Republic expressed his strong and deep condemnation of this brutal aggression, expressing the condemnation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, its government and people, of this aggression against the brotherly State of Qatar, which constitutes a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and a violation of international law, affirming the total solidarity of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania with the State of Qatar and its brotherly people.
