Interior Minister Meets with OHCHR Representative

The Minister of the Interior and Decentralization, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, met, Thursday in Nouakchott, with the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Mauritania, Mr. Laurent Meillan.

The meeting focused on the cooperation relations existing between Mauritania and this UN organization and the means likely to develop and strengthen them, particularly in the areas of competence of the ministry.
