2024 Presidential Elections: Candidate Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar Mohamed Abdi Chairs Election evening in Tiguint
On 18 June, in Tiguint (Wilaya of Trarza), Mr. Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar Mohamed Abdi, the candidate for the 29 June presidential elections, chaired an electoral evening during which he presented the broad outlines of his electoral program.
Addressing his supporters in this city, the candidate declared that Tiguint and its inhabitants must receive special attention, promising to transform the district into a Moughataa if he wins the elections.
He called on city residents to vote massively for him and translate that support to the polls to achieve victory in the first round.
He renewed his call to young people to intensify their efforts and continuously mobilize until victory on 29 June, promising to change the situation of young people for the better.
Mr. Hamadi Sidi Mokhtar Mohamed Abdi stressed that the women of the National Rally for Reform and Development (Tawassoul) play a central role in achieving the expected victory, calling on them to be patient and continue all mobilization efforts to gain the confidence of voters in the next elections.
The candidate received a popular welcome Wednesday morning in Akjoujt, then in Ain Ehl Taya by his supporters, who welcomed him by brandishing slogans, banners, and enlarged photos of the candidate.
The candidate’s supporters also organized a popular reception for him in the Moughataa of Fderik, where they brandished images and banners expressing their support for the candidate.
It was also the case in Zouerate, where the candidate was welcomed at the entrance to the town by a march organized by his supporters, with a camel parade and a rally along the road, chanting slogans and songs in support of the candidate.
