President of the Republic, Chairman of the AU Holds Talks With the Korean Counterpart

His Excellency, the President of the Republic, Chairman of the African Union, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received on Wednesday at the Presidential Palace in Seoul, by HE. Mr. Yoon Seok Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea.
During this meeting, the two presidents held talks on ways to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation relations between the two friendly countries, and to raise the level of cooperation between the African Union countries and Korea, as well as many regional and international issues of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Minister in charge of the Office of the President of the Republic, Mokhtar Ould Diay, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, and HE. Ambassador to Korea Mr.Sidiya El Hadj.
