The President of the National Council for Social Dialogue, El Hassan Ould Imam Ammar Gouda, held on Wednesday at his office in Nouakchott a working session with a delegation from the International Labour Office (ILO) currently visiting Mauritania, headed by Dr. Halim Hamzaoui, Director of the International Labour Office for the Arab Maghreb (ILOIM).
During the meeting, the President of the Council reviewed the Council’s work program during this mission, and ways to support and accompany the Council’s work plan were studied by the International Labour Office.
Dr. Halim Hamzawy expressed the readiness of the International Labour Office to provide technical support and work to create a working partnership between the Council and its counterparts in the world in order to ensure a real exchange of experiences in the field of social dialogue as a way to promote this body.
