Mauritanian President Reviews Operations at National Oncology Center

President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani on Tuesday chaired a meeting at the Presidential Palace in Nouakchott to review the operations of the National Oncology Center and assess the challenges facing the facility.

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister El Moctar Ould Djay, Health Minister Naha Hamdi Mouknass, and members of the staff of Nouakchott’s National Oncology Center.

During the meeting, the president received updates on the center’s operations, the conditions under which patients receive care, and the main challenges affecting its work.
