President of Republic Congratulates Vietnamese President-Elect

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following congratulatory message to His Excellency Nguyên Xuân Phuc, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam:
