Minister of Higher Education Leaves for Madrid

Dr. Sidi Ould Salem, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Information and Communication Technologies, who is also the official spokesperson for the government, left Nouakchott, on Saturday, for Madrid as part of the signing of cooperation agreements between the Nouakchott El-Asriya University and three Spanish universities, including the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

The Minister is accompanied, during this visit, by a delegation from his department including the adviser in charge of international cooperation, Mrs. Mariem Baba Ahmed, the Director of Scientific Research and Innovation, Mr. Taleb-khyar Djeh Cheikh Melainine, and the President of the Nouakchott El-Asriya University, Mr. Cheikh Saad Bouh Camara.
