Oil Minister Meets with EU Ambassador

The Minister of Oil, Energy, and Mines, Mr. Abdessalam Ould Mohamed Saleh, met, Friday in Nouakchott, with the Ambassador, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation in Mauritania, HE Mr. Giacomo Durazzo.

The meeting focused on the cooperation relations between Mauritania and the EU in the fields of oil, energy, and mines and ways and means to further enhance them.

The meeting was attended by the secretary general of the ministry, the advisor in charge of electricity, the director of electricity and energy management, the director general of hydrocarbons, and the director general of the Mauritanian Company of Electricity.
