Economy Minister Participates in Meeting on Financing in Low-income Countries

The Minister of Economic Affairs and Promotion of Productive Sectors, Mr. Ousmane Mamoudou Kane, took part in a high-level meeting, on the sidelines of the Spring Meetings, in the presence of the Director General of the International Monetary Fund, the US Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Finance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and some Arab and African countries and donor countries.

The high-level meeting was devoted to discussing the financing needs of low-income countries and the critical role of the Trust Fund in growth and poverty reduction.
