On 22 March, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic,  tweeted congratulating the Mauritanians on the occasion of Ramadan.

The tweet reads as follows:

“Dear fellow citizens,I extend to all of you my sincere congratulations and best wishes and implore Allah’s blessings for all on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.
