Praia: Mauritania’s Ambassador to Cape Verde Presents Credentials
On 2 March, in Praia, HE Mr. Mohamed Yahya Teiss presented his credentials to His Excellency Mr. José Maria Neves, the President of Cape Verde, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to of the Republic of Cape Verde, residing in Dakar. After the ceremony, Mr. Ould Teiss conveyed to the President of Cape Verde the greetings of His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, and his desire to strengthen relations between the two brotherly countries.
For his part, President Neves instructed the Mauritanian diplomat to pass his regards to President Ghazouani, expressing his desire to promote and consolidate relations between the two countries.
