President of Republic Receives Iranian Foreign Minister

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received Tuesday the Iranian Foreign Minister, Mr. Hossein Amirabdollahian.

In a statement to the Mauritanian News Agency, the Iranian Minister said that he had the honor to meet with the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani,  where they reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them in all fields.

He hailed Mauritania’s principled and firm position against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
