Mauritania provides favorable conditions for success of CAF U-20

Since its selection for organizing the 22nd edition of the CAN U-20 ” Mauritania 2021″, our country has taken all measures to ensure the success of the tournament.
In this regard, the favorable conditions for a comfortable stay for the African and international delegations have been established so that the participating teams and their accompanying delegations have a wonderful stay in our country.

Several committees have been set up. Among these committees, the one in charge of reception; it receives the visiting delegations at the Nouakchott Airport Oumtounsy and accompanies them to their residences. Busses are made available to transport the teams and their delegations from the airport to their places of residence and to the different stadiums. Many luxurious cars are at the disposal of the top-official figures: representatives of African and international football federations, chairmen of refereeing committees, diplomatic figures, and match controllers.

The accommodation committee has booked luxurious hotels and modern facilities for the rest and security of the visiting delegations. In the efforts to provide the convenient circumstances for our guests, Nouakchott’s main roads have been maintained to ensure the traffic flow.

Through this careful and comprehensive preparation at the technical, infrastructure and health levels, we can ensure that the 22nd edition of the CAN U20 “Mauritania 2021” will take place smoothly and live up to the expectations.
