President Of Republic Congratulates Cuban Counterpart

On 31 December, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Miguel Díaz-Cane, the President of the Republic of Cuba, on the occasion of his country’s celebration of its National Day:
