President of Republic Meets With Angolan Counterpart

On 15 December, in Washington, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, the President of the Republic, met with his Angolan counterpart, His Excellency Mr. Joao Lourenço, on the sidelines of the US-Africa Leaders Summit.
The talks focused on the various aspects of cooperation between the two countries and the possibilities of further strengthening it in the interest of the two brotherly people.
The President of the Republic thanked Mr. Joao Lourenço for the special attention given to the Mauritanian colony in Angola.
