President of Republic Affirms Mauritania’s Desire To Strengthen Cooperation With Sisterly Republic of Yemen

On 30 November, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El-Ghazouni, the President of the Republic, affirmed the desire of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to strengthen and develop bilateral cooperative relations with the sisterly Republic of Yemen.
This is what emerges from a message His Excellency the President of the Republic sent to His Excellency Mr. Rachad Mohamed al-Alimi, the President of the Republic of Yemen, on the occasion of the celebration of the National Day of his country.
Here is the full text of that message:
“Excellency and dear brother,
On the occasion of the celebration by your country of the 55th anniversary of the glorious Evacuation Day, I have the pleasure of expressing to Your Excellency my warm congratulations, wishing the brotherly Yemeni people to overcome, thanks to their usual wisdom, the passing crisis it is going through and to enjoy more progress and prosperity.
I also reiterate our desire to continue efforts to strengthen and develop cooperative relations between our two countries in the service of the interests of our two brotherly people.
