Minister of Higher Education Receives Spain’s Ambassador

On 24 November, in Nouakchott, Mr. Mohamed Lemine Ould Abboye Ould Cheikh El Hadrami, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, received HE Ms. Myriam Alvares Delarosa Rodriguez, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Mauritania.
The talks focused on the various areas of cooperation between Mauritania and the Kingdom of Spain, particularly higher education and scientific research, and the prospects for opening an institute for teaching the Spanish language in Mauritania.
