Mauritania Participates in Conference of ITU Accredited Delegates

Mauritania took part in the work of the conference of accredited delegates of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) through a large delegation comprising the various sectors concerned.
The conference will focus on the ITU general policy, the adoption of financial strategies for the next four years, and the election of the senior authority of the organization, the member countries of the Council, and the members of the Commission of the lists of the radio.
It is noteworthy that the conference of ITU-accredited delegates, which meets every four years, is the body responsible for implementing the Union’s policies while offering the opportunity to decide on the organization’s role in developing information technology and its directions on a global scale.
