Cairo: Minister of Culture Meets With Undersecretary of Saudi Ministry of Information

On 20 September, in Cairo, Mr. Mohamed Ould Soueidatt, the Minister of Culture, Youth, Sports, and Relations with Parliament, met with Dr. Khaled bin Abdul Qader Al-Ghamdi, Saudi Ministry of Information’s Undersecretary for International Media Relations.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the meetings of Arab Information Ministers, focused on the privileged brotherly relations between the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various fields, including information.
During the meeting, the Minister stressed the importance of relations between the two countries at all levels of bilateral cooperation.
In turn, the Saudi official hailed the pioneering role played by Bilad Chinguitt’s scholars in the land of the Two Holy Mosques, saying all the Saudis appreciate that role. He highlighted the exceptional relations between the two brotherly countries: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, under the clairvoyant leadership of the two countries’ leaders. He expressed the Kingdom’s desire to develop and expand the areas of media cooperation with Mauritania, in a way that contributes to the consolidation and promotion of these relations.
