President of Republic Congratulates Uruguayan Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou, President of the Republic of Uruguay:
