President of Republic Congratulates Gabonese Counterpart

The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent Tuesday the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of the Republic of Gabon:
