President of Republic Congratulates Cape Verdean Counterpart

The president of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Jose Maria Neves, President of the Republic of Cape Verde, on the occasion of his country?s celebration of its national day.
