President of Republic Congratulates Djiboutian Counterpart

On 26 June, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr. Mouhamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent, the following telegram of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Isma?l Omar Guelleh, President of Djibouti, on the occasion of his country?s celebration of its national day :
