The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, left Nouakchott Monday for the city of Malaga,Spain, to attend the High-Level Conference on Human Rights, Civil Society and Counter-terrorism, which will starts tomorrow.
