President of Republic Congratulates President of Mauritius

The President of the Republic, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun, President of the Republic of Mauritius:
