President of Republic Congratulates Guinean Counterpart

The President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a congratulatory message on Thursday to His Excellency Mr. Mamadi Doumbouya, President of the Republic of Guinea.

The message reads as follows:
