President of Republic Sends Condolences to Algerian Counterpart following Deadly Fires

His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a message of condolence on Thursday evening to the President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, following the fires that affected several Algerian regions.

Here is the text of the message:

“Mr. President of the Republic, dear brother,

I learned with deep sadness and great sorrow the news of the tragic fires that have affected several regions of the sisterly People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, resulting in casualties and injuries.

Facing this painful ordeal, I extend to you, and through you to the brotherly Algerian people, and particularly to the families of the victims, my sincere condolences and the expression of my deep compassion and solidarity.
