Minister of Defense Receives U.S. Congressional Delegation

On July 25 in Nouakchott, Mr. Hannah Ould Sidi, Minister of Defense, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs’ Affairs, received a delegation from the U.S. Congress. The delegation is currently on an official visit to Mauritania.
The meeting focused on the cooperative relations between Mauritania and the United States, particularly in the field of defense, and explored ways to further strengthen and expand this cooperation.
