President of Republic Congratulates Liberian Counterpart

On July 25, His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Republic, sent the following message of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Joseph Boakai, President of the Republic of Liberia, on the occasion of his country’s National Day celebrations:
