The Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Ms. Messouda Baham Mohamed Laghdaf, departed Nouakchott this Monday morning, for the Republic of Cabo Verde to participate in the Fifth Forum of the Decade of the Oceans, in island of Boa Vista on July 23 and 24.
