Livestock Minister Receives French Ambassador

On July 10 in Nouakchott, Mr. Sid’Ahmed Ould Mohamed, Mauritania’s Minister of Livestock, received H.E. Emmanuel Besnier, Ambassador of France to Mauritania.

The French ambassador was accompanied by a delegation from the French Development Agency (AFD), led by Alexandre Bouchot, Project Team Manager in the Agriculture, Rural Development, and Biodiversity Division.

The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between Mauritania and France and exploring ways to further enhance bilateral ties, particularly in the livestock sector.
