President of Republic Congratulates Somalian Counterpart

Today, Tuesday, His Excellency the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The cable reads as follows:

“Your Excellency and Dear Brother,

On the occasion of your country’s National Day, it gives me great pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my warmest congratulations, along with my sincere wishes for the brotherly Somali people to achieve further progress and prosperity.

I also reaffirm to you our keenness to work closely with Your Excellency to strengthen and further develop the relations of cooperation between our two countries, in the service of the interests of our two brotherly nations.

Please accept, Your Excellency and Dear Brother, the assurances of my highest consideration.
