Minister of Equipment and Transport heads to Rabat to take part in the Western Mediterranean Ministerial Conference

The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Ely Ould El Veirik, left Nouakchott Yesterday, Tuesday, for the Moroccan capital, Rabat, to take part in the 11th session of the Western Mediterranean Ministerial Conference (5+5 Dialogue).

This session, hosted by the Kingdom of Morocco from 22 to 24 June, is expected to discuss a range of issues related to strengthening cooperation between member states in fields  such as transport, public works and infrastructure, as well as reviewing prospects for developing the partnership and exchanging expertise and successful experiences in a way that serves sustainable development and enhances regional integration in the Western Mediterranean region.
